Hey Everybody,
Another beautiful sunny smoke-free day here.
Went to a monthly meeting at work, who didn't know I had quit smoking as they all put their jackets on to go smoke they were like, "You comming out?" and I said with the greatest pride "I quit!"
They were all really excited and happy for me especially my bosss who is a former smoker.
I say speeches at high schools and elementry schools and youth groups etc, and I put the evil addiction nicotine had on me.
Feeling great not smoking at the end I was outside waiting 4 my ride and they were all smoking and I just had both hands in my pockets and wasn't craving at all.
I hardly ever get craves and when I do I remind myself , it's not permenant!!! It will go away in 3 minutes or less!!!
I went to the store today and bought myself some treats! Some good stuff for me! Crest whitestrips, face wash, nice hair stuff and make-up and bought two movies to watch tonight w/ my fam.
Thats my reward for staying 2 weeks smoke free and having such a good attitude about it.
Yay!! It's the weekend!!!!!
