I too am a clencher (of teeth, that is) and my dentist sent me to an orthopedic surgeon last year.....some really BAD things happen when you clench and smoke, apparantly.
At any rate, she made a mouthguard for me to wear at night, or thru the day if/when I don't talk (ya right)
What I do thru the day is chew gum - it forces you to keep your jaws moving, so you clench less.
The headaches are all a part of it too. If you can, go in to see your dentist or doctor about it. Perhaps they can suggest something to help if this is just a symptom of withdrawal versus something you have been noticing for a while.
