Mamma -
You have gotten some good advice here...
Try the melatonin - it really is great and its all natural. I have not experienced a drug hang-over since it's not a drug, try it if you need some good, deep sleep.
Also- watch what you eat right now and drink lots and lots (and lots!) of water. Put protein in your body. Eat fresh fruit... Right now you body, mind and soul need all the nuturing and care you can muster. Also, there are natural herbs that may support focus, google it... I don't want to mention one or the other as there are individual needs to consider for each of us. But there are some herbs (over the counter at Target, Walgreens, etc. that may help you, so make sure to explore it...
Also- walking helped me alot. I would take the time to go to the mall - and for a myriad of reasons it just helped me focus when I needed to do, so see if walking will support you. Walking at the beginning of my Quit really helped clear my mind.
Be patient with yourself, dear one. This is tough stuff, don't panic, talk to the person in charge if that's appropriate, and explain...
Blessings and Light-
Healer
