I am in the same boat as you. It's not that food didn't taste better, but my taste buds sure did change. I didn't enjoy things anymore, and found a new like in some other food. Some chololate does taste different now to me, but not bad, just different.
As far as the dizzy spells, well I still get them. Mostly at night though. I believe it is still the detox going through your system. Mostly the O2 your brain was so deprived of. I think its still trying to figure out that it gets oxygen all of the time now, and its wondering why.......
Hang in there. It does pass. My spells are not as often anymore.
