The internal battle concerning this mornings smoke did not last that long. I laid in bed and thought about how I made it through yesterday. I am pleased with myself. The only thing I have to do 100% correctly is to not smoke for today. This is the the mental, emotional, attitude, and gratitude direction that has been set before I stepped a foot out of bed
