I think that I would have had a difficult quit or possibly no quit at all. Fortunately I educated myself on the negative effects of nicotine and how to quit smoking.
I also found this site and took advantage of the tools and knowlege of people who came here before me. I read advice, use advice, and understand that every quit is different. I have also remained happy and excited about this process.
Therefore, this has been a eye opening, pleasant experience. Yes, I have had craves. Yes, I have wanted a cigarette at times. The bottom line is that I have choosen not to smoke anymore. That is that. :)
