Hello - kinda stressin here and need to vent/breathe/talk to myself.
I get these feelings of being overwhelmed and think the ONLY thing that will calm me is to have a smoke!! It's been almost 11 months, and MOST days I do not even think of smoking, but today - I need to vent/relax/breathe/talk!!! Ok, feeling slightly better already - thanks for listening!!! To all - have a GREAT SMOKE FREE DAY!!! LBZee

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! I knew I could count on my 'new found friends! That's all I needed was the encouragement I guess. My family is proud that I quit smoking, but sometimes are not real supportive when the need arises - but you all are!!! You are all terrific!!!! :)
thank you all once again! I don't post on here very often as sometimes not sure what to say. I am the kinda of person that would do anything for anyone but hard for me to ask for help, but I have all that I need in all of you! Thank you once again!!! LBZee ;p
.. just noticed that you only joined here this June! Still, as an experienced quitter, you can help others if you want to
take care
Mr Ed :)

Hi LBZee!
Although my stats are no way as impressive as yours, I notice that you don't post often.
I find that trying to help others gives me a great buzz and this site has been a godsend if I've ever had bad times.Just a thought...
Mr Ed :)
