Thank you all for caring about me. Yes, I do have to quit again, it's on my mind often throughout the day. For those of you wondering, yes they already taste nasty again and yes I'm smoking in my house and car. Yes, to all that Trudy said. And I know you're right butterflyswimmer and appreciate your sincere concern and caring. And yes, I'll call u Dan :) Thanks to Lady for helping to open my eyes again also. Thanks hummy, luna & ladybugg and everyone! I know I will quit again. And I set my quit meter back to zero. Yes, I broke my promise thread that I started and wonder how I could have kept that promise. It happened so quickly and caught me off guard. I wasn't thinking about smoking, craving and was in a pretty good mood at that moment that I fell back into the trap. I'm as shocked and surprised as u all. The junkie and nicoderm bastard is winning for now but I'll be back again, I just know I will. Your posts have been very inspiring and helpful. The opposite of the ciggaretts. Thank you all so much for your thoughts, opinions and all the love you've shown to me. And the tears you've shedded & prayers you've said. I have a very nasty taste in my mouth at this moment, my hands smell like an ashtray and I'm very fatigued. Not a good choice to start up again. I hope you all are really hearing me when I say keep up the gr8 work being a non-smoker. You're not missing a thing. No matter what don't lite up or smoke one somebody else lit up... I'm truly sorry if I've let anybody down. I consider u all my true friends. I'm sorry Danny & Lady. I'll never forget how you've all stuck by me and helped me so much. Nobody can ever take away the yr and 4 mos. I was smoke-free. I'm usually very hard on myself but I'm actually not beatting myself up for this at all. I guess that's a good thing. I tried to reset my quit meter back to ZERO but it didn't work? P.S. Let my failure of starting again not be an excuse for anyone else to start.
