Hi miagi and a warm welcome...
Do what works for YOU and right now, it sounds like the lozenges are working for you - so use them for now!
You CAN do this w/out them - one step at a time, though! I Quit cold turkey, w/nothing, and had no slips, so IT CAN BE DONE... Take that fact in, and know that there are gentle, and easier Quits... each of us is different...so hang in there, and allow YOUR Quit to be yours...
Stay in the moment right now, take the lozenges if that supports you and see what the label says (I have no experience w/them) and also -know that your doc can also help, if you need extra support...
You are doing great! It helped me immensely to go back and read old posts here - I built an amazing and powerful toolbox of coping skills that kept me Quit and focused... So take the time to do that, and just hold on tight...
Post often and stay close to this site... There is support here!
Love and Light!
