sOMETIMES I find tht if I go into the garden and pick soom lavender and make a small pillow of it to slip under my pillow while sleeping or resting, It it very soothing and relaxing. It is a very soothing pland to use for relaxaation, and one of my grandkids use that now, and has made a difference. It may not be a very bid diffence, but helps. You can add a litle mint and cammomile to the cloth bag for under your pillow and its amazing how it can help you relax. Just a thought in case you want to try it. If you don't havea garden, walk around the neigbourhood and someone will have it. Or buy some small plants or go to a health store and you can get the dried ones, and then start alittle garden, een in a post in your home so you can have it fresh. Also some feverfew added helps. Or try a lavender bath; is very relaxing. Anything that has a scent that is soothing to you. Try it..you'll like it. I have some Tiger Balm which I put on a face cloth and sniff on that at night and I'm not conjested with breathing on waking up. Just some thoughts that have worked for me (helps with the allergies I get from 2 huge dogwood trees outside my bedroom window). Maybe it will help thers relax, too.LUV, SUZY.
