Ironic - you mustn't be from Canada .... Tim Horton's is the next biggest addiction to cigarettes (although not nearly so deadly).
Nice job of preparing for your big day Jan! So good to start off on a positive step! There must be a full moon tonight........so many awesome quitters on one day!
Windy

Thanks guys for all the wonderful support on my first day of not smoking. You have all been great. And Ironic...thanks for the pic of a Tim Horton's coffee. Windy's right, next biggest addiction to cigs. But healthier for sure. If you're ever up this way, you'll just have to try one. Have a great evening, everyone, Jan

Over the weekend I cooked a few meals and froze them. And guess what, we're having our first one tonight. My first day of the quit and I'm not cooking. I just love a "be good to me" night. And after supper, I'm sending hubby over for Tim Horton's coffees. I deserve a wee treat, right? Quitting definitely does have its up sides, doesn't it? Have a good one, Jan
