Hey Hummy:
I love your stats...and I love your moto. For the number of days you have been smoke free, seems the number of times I have tried to quit. Whoa...you impress.....
I haven't had Life Savers since I was kid...which I guess made me turn to them in the first place on my journey...the colours, the tastes, the message of the candy is particularly useful to me at this time. I think my choice is butterscotch...
Can you share your success story. I am very interested as I have only made it past 39 days in the last year. I did quit once before for 3 years, fell off the wagon and I have been come here, go away ever since. How did you do it? This time I have quit cold turkey. Last evening I had the case of the nervous sweats and paranoia I have ever experienced. I had the greatest fear of picking up a cigarette and starting again,,,I seriously wanted to jump down from a high place. I took a bath instead but...YIKES...I am soo maniac about NOT starting again. I TOTALLY WIGGED OUT. I would be great to hear your story so I can reach for it when I'm in my DARK place.
Hope you don't mind me asking...
Love and light.
Theresita
