Thanks for the support everyone. What matters most right now is my quit and how I handle it. I can definitely get through this, when I feel down, I just take a little more pampering time, and when I feel good, well, that's the time for me to do things. And Phillip - thanks for the great post. Great difference between the two sisters - one really wants this and it shows with her positive reinforcement and coping techniques.
