I have not, since that slip, had any other slips. I was and in some ways still, in a very dark place.
I appreciate the advice re the Chantix, but I'm doing well on the patch which I up'ed to 14 mg again as I stepped done to the 7 mg.
I also understand that there's no reason to light up .. but I was really suffering and I guess .. well let's just say I gave in.
Some would say .. that until you walk in another's shoes, experiencing exactly what they are going through one can never really understand the actions of another.
Anyway, I haven't slipped again and I'm reorganizing many things here at home, especially where it comes to hubby, and also in other facets of my life.
I'm going to get this pc revamped and a close friend of mine will take it away tomorrow and return it when he has a chance.
