Hello from Ontario. I just thought I'd check in. Still smoke free but still craving - BIG TIME!!! I had a customer in at work today who must of had a smoke before coming in to see me. They stunk but at the same time boy did they smell good. But I managed, I survived and I am still smoke free.

Congrats emandel! I am not having craves....just thoughts....are yours thoughts too? I find if I am busy they seem to be easier to push to the side.
Did the customer really smell good? You know your nose is working better already...last week you wouldn't have even noticed because you would have smelled just like them!
Again, good job keep it up!

Hi emandel,
get your quit meter going! congratulations on getting past those craves. We all know what they are like...avoid the situation, distract, delay! Use your coping skills. It is sooo worth the effort to be free from this horrible addiction.
