I didn't get on the treadmill-lazy me. I've been trying not to get sick. Everyone around me has the flu.

The big news of the day is I've stepped down to the 14mg patch. I don't notice any real difference. I also made the best lasagna I've ever made-lots of thinnly sliced veggies.

No treadmill instead I walked around the neighborhood running errands. The big news of the day is I've stepped down to the 14mg patch. I don't notice any real difference. I also made the best lasagna I've ever made-lots of thinnly sliced veggies. My sweetie is still sick-he sounds even worse today. I finally got him to take some medicine, but he still won't take a vitamin C tab. Anyway plus side he's not smoking. I'm still wishing he would quit. I've been using this as an op to make my wishes known.

No treadmill-walked to do errands.
I used too much green curry paste in my chicken pad thai. I've been paying for it ever since. I caught my sweetie's cold-but I started medicating as soon as I felt it coming on. I still have hives only they are totally up my arms and on the backs of my knees. Bright side they are off the bottoms of my feet-still doubling up on the meds

Phil,
Yummy- Your giving me ideas for my Christmas meal. My sweetie loves lamb. Last night I had brazed pork tenderloin, broccili & rice pilaf. Jell-o and whip cream for dessert.
Andy,
I hope you are right about your Hubby quitting.
My sweetie is a smoker also. Now that I have quit I would really like him to quit. It's kind of weird but I think it would make him happier. I know after the first week of quitting I saw myself becoming a happier person.-Best wishes

Treadmill 30 minutes
Back down to 196 -lost all of the weight I gained when I quit smoking. Now I'm focusing on the weight I gained when I was on medication for an allergic reaction-that weight will take alot longer to lose. I'm looking at September before it's all gone.
