Way to go Wendi!!! That is the only way to handle him (nicodemon)...gotta get rough with him!!!!

But at the same time...do please enjoy the good moments and days...they make the fights with our craves, trigger's and inner voices worth it!!!
Your doing just fine...keep up the great quit, and hug the kid's...lot's of kid hugging helped me!

Wendi,
You are doing fantastic!!! One piece of advice...Enjoy the heck out of your good moments and good days....but always always be ready for the nicodemon to rear his ugly little head. He will come out of the darkness or from around a corner and try and catch you off guard!! He has tried this on me several times, and you just have to be stronger than that trigger or crave. You can do it.
Enjoy the smoke free time with your kid's....it truley is wonderful to be smoke free. Also, picture your lungs healing...that's what I do...I love the feeling of knowing I'm taking care of my body again!

WendiB,
Congratulations on three weeks smoke free! Time for a reward! You certainly deserve it for all the hard work you've been putting into your quit.

Wendi - Doing fabulous. If I may suggest, some yoga in the morning to relax and cleanse our minds is GREAT thing. Waking up to the SSC and coffee is also a great way to start the day.
Good going, love the positiveness of your quit!

Good 2hear it Wendi :)
Quitting can be an emotional roller coaster ride.
Enjoy the highs and just hold on through the lows.
You'll eventually exit the tunnel into freedom. ;)
