Breathe, SweetLuv, breathe! I know it seems obvious, but I can't tell you how many times I forget to breathe.
I'll feel SO uptight, SO out of sorts and then I (finally, sometimes anyway) remember to breathe, breathe big, deep, slow breaths. It truly does help and it keeps you occupied during a crave. I read somewhere that you should time it -- that keeps you busy and helps you realize just how short a craving actually is.
I've been one of the lucky ones and haven't dreamed about smoking, so I can only imagine how disconcerting that could be, but remember it is your subconscious talking to you, your junkie subconscious perhaps. Slap that junkie down, asleep AND awake!
You are doing great -- keep it up and keep the faith
