Just wanted to say my husband quit 37 years ago, he had a very hard time for 10 years wanted a cig. most everyday, his motto was If I ever smoke again I will never quit again, terriable motto but anyway the jest of the story one night after 10 years he went out with some buddies, they all smoked kept after him to smoke and he finally did, had three and he said they tasted so awful that he would have to make himself smoke again and was to terriable to do so BUT after that night he has never had a craving or thought of smoking again! don't know how that happened most people do start again. Oh how I wish I could do that now and never have a fight with ole nic again. Was he lucky??????
