You said there's no one out there to hear me. I am hearing you. I am hearing your struggle - your pain, your frustration, your exhaustion, your sadness. People tell you to "hang in there" and "be strong" because they want you to get through this. I think we all wish there were magic words to tell you to make you feel better -- nothing seems adequate.
Keep posting. Keep releasing. We may not respond with the right words, but all of us here can really relate on some level, and we really are hearing you.
You sound desperate for a solution - a solution to putting some serenity back into your life. Smoking is not a solution.
Tell your doctor how truly miserable you feel and up your meds if you need to. Are you in counseling? If not - you should look into it - you deserve all of the support you can get!
If you look at all of our Quit Meters, you'll see that some of us are ahead of you and some of us are behind you. The point is, we are all around you - you are supported from all sides! So, no matter which way you lean, we are there to hold you up.
