I am so sad hearing what you are going through..been through something similar myself, in terms of the living situation. As for the smoking, it was just a slip...one you don't want to repeat apparently. Learn from it and move on, buddy.
As for the other stuff: 1) unless the court has said differently, you can move wherever you want. I am pretty sure that the court would not rule that a 10 minute extra drive is unreasonable, 2) sounds like your daughter's father is angry and is using your daughter to punish you. You might want to let her know that it is not her responsibility to carry messages back and forth, and as the parent, as Carylene said, it is your responsibility to make financial decisions, not hers, and 3) don't expect her to understand or take care of you emotionally. As unhooked said, she is a teen and inherently self-centered. The understanding will come later.
You might want to find a counselor or therapist for yourself so you have someone to talk with about all this crummy stuff. It is not a bad thing and will not look bad in court. You just say that you were trying to find some better ways to facilitate everybody getting along. That looks good..and IS good. If u ever want to talk on im, I would look forward to helping in any way I can
In the meantime,
N.O.P.E.
