I finally joined a Boot Camp where for four weeks, three days a week, 1 hour a day we work out like in boot camp. They we watch what we eat and hopefully i can get some of these lbs. off that I put on my quitting. Don't get me wrong, my quit was more important the a few lbs., but now its time to work on that part too.

Well done Jean49! You are my weight loss inspiration. I haven't made too much progress since we last spoke but I've kept up the exercise and the pounds have started to drop more than add as of late. I'm down 10 pounds and need to drop another 15 before my waist could come close to 37. My waist wasn't that before I quit. You're doing awesome at 32.

I saw on the news last night that with the larger waistlines comes the increased chances of stroke and heart attack as well as high blood pressure.
The normal ranges are :
Women should have a 32 inch waistline
Men should have a 37 inch waistline
Both reduce your chances of the above mentioned health problems.
I just had to check mine - 32 on the nose!
