Hi penitent - yes I think you are right and probably by giving CT 2/10 for craves when it should be 0/10 as they are not craves at all.
Thanks JDK (it's Kev, right?), I guess I quantify it by marking down mental discomfort rather than craves. They are not bad at all, but you know what, I'm reducing it to a token 1 from now because I am not having craves at all and I will keep it there till I no longer have those thoughts regularly.
I think it says a lot about the different types of quit, because on NRT, those were real craves. That said, I know some people feel it's the only option - certainly I felt that way a year ago, but I am now glad I went on to quit CT this time.
