You've received some awesome advice and support here, we do understand what you're going through. Focus in on your coping skills. Write down exactly what you plan to do when you feel the urge to smoke. That way when the cravings hit, you won't have to think about what to do. This helped me a lot in my early quit. Keep adding to the list, just don't smoke. Post on the board, do whatever it takes. Remember Not One Puff Ever, NOPE...simple but not easy, good luck and keep smiling, even when you don't feel like it, just smile. :) And when you do well, reward yourself, it's important to feel good about your quit!
