I know that you are making progress now, simply because you ask such hard questions. I don't feel qualified to adivise you one way or the other on this one. If you where me I would know exactly what to say, but that is not the case. I can tell you this, though, we are addicts. That means that we use nicotine as a replacement for something yet unrealized in our lives.
The key is to understand that and look with great intent inwardly to find the source and reasons for our desires. When we desire nicotine it is because we are either afraid of naming the actual thing we desire or we truly do not know what it is that we think we are missing in our lives. I know that sounds rather in the clouds to you, but at the end of the day it is true.
Try not to be afraid of doing something good for yourself. I believe that there is an invisible river that carrys each and everyone of us along through all of our highs and lows. Some of us sense that, some of kind of know that and some of us swim in it every day.
You know, it is fear that keeps us smoking, it is love that stops the addiction. Do not be afraid to love yourself enough to give yourself this precious gift...
