WOW, I am soo glad I read this. I too have tremors or sometimes feel like my body has electrical currents running through it, especially in my head, neck, and hands. This comforts me a great deal because I thought I was developing MS or something like that. I have been to my doctors a few times already this year with of course a clean bill of health..
Sanju- I just wanted to let you know that the numbness or tingling in your hands, face, ect. are completely normal. I have had that and still do when I have a really bad panic attack. Its called parathesis(sp) and is very very common in people with anixety disorder. ITs basically when the nerves in those areas, be it your lips, fingers, toes, ect. "freeze up"- It cant hurt you and usually goes away within a few minutes. Mine would get so bad I couldnt talk and my fingers would make a claw. I thought at the time I was having a stroke! The thing to do is get your mind off of it as best as you can and go for a walk, even if its in place or around your home, this helps get the blood moving and your mind off of it. This would happen to me a lot in the car so I would pull over and walk around a bit. Of course I went to the ER many times and they explained it to me. Its usually brought on through hyperventilation as well. Hope that helps you, there are soo many books on anxiety that can help you out as well and they talk about this symptom. Take care and good luck:)
Anyway hope all of you are having a great day:)
