Chicago~by the way I use the sunmark spearmint gum. It's not bad at all. Some insurance companies even cover the gum. I get mine for free-it's worth checking it out. So with the saved $ lemme recommend a massage to all of ya. A massage will release all of the toxins that have been building up inside from smoking, not to mention it will relax you.
