Congrats~that's really awesome! Yup I quit on March 26th! The best decision I ever made without a doubt, but you know I too still have those early morning craves. I just try my hardest to switch my mindset right away. I get up early enough to come to pc to get on here first thing: that way my hands are buisy and my mind is steady focusing on my mileage. You can do it!

[color=Blue]Way to go GINETTE ! You're doing GREAT ! ! !
Mornings have been kinda bad for me too but walking around
and drinking cold water combined with breathing exercises
has gotten me through :)
I too stopped smoking in March ;)

Ginette, 25 days is great. Those are the hardest ones. You sure don't want to have to do them over. That is what kept me from smoking for the first 6 months. I was afraid if I lost them I would not be able to get them again. Hang on. It gets sooo much better.

Congrats on the 25 days. loads of self talk.. and keep repeating
N O P E. I am 65 days.. and I get little urges that pop up..
I try to think of them as mosquitoes and i swat them with a fly swatter, still keeping my bottle of water and a pocket full of mints or cough drops. stay strong.. sometimes its one hour, one day at a time..

Congrats on 25 days smoke free!!! I also craves early in the morning. I would get up and walk around and get a cold glass of water. Usually that would calm the crave. Hang in there, it does get better...
