Typically you can right click on your pic and then say either EDIT, or OPEN WITH - Use paint, it's pretty easy (I'm assuming it's a PC not a MAC), once in paint, on the top menu bar, click Image, the Stretch/Skew....
There are two boxes at the top of the dialog box that appears, one is horizontal, the other is verticle. Change those together or the pic will get wide or skinny and tall. In other words, change both to 50% and the pic will be half the size it used to be. Save the pic and post it!!
Hope that helps.
Nice quit Deb - you keep it up you hear me?

Hi Deb. In whatever photo program you have.. you can resize your photo.. some go by inches or some have a drop and drag or a "crop" then save it.. you may want to give it a name or new # so when you go to upload your photo here, and you hit "browse" it is easier to find in your photos.
I could NOT believe how bad cigarette smoke smelled. I grew up with both parents smoking. so I guess it never smelled bad to me. Now not being around any smokers,, yes often i can walk past someone, or even through a prking lot, and you will walk by were someone smoked.. and think oh YUCK.. and I thought OH NO>... i smelled like that ....
now you will smell like your best perfume..

I couldn't figure out how to make the picture cute and small-- like yours Tresa :)
I went off of the patch today. It was falling off all of the time anyway, and I wouldn't discover that I wasn't wearing one for quite some time. This morning when I put one on it made me dizzy, so I figured I'd probably been going without nicotene more often than not. So-- I made it all day without the patch. I did have some old nicotene lozenges in a drawer (2mg), and ended up having 3 of those today. But that's a heck of a lot better than 21 mgs from the patch. And I really didn't experience any withdrawal systems (to my knowledge anyway-- my family may have a different opinion).
My nose is getting really sensitive. Today someone drove by smoking (with their windows down). My house is fairly removed from the street, so I was shocked when I smelled the smoke (strong too!). God, that's a horrible smell. I had no idea I smelled that bad . I was a stinky critter-- no wonder I was hiding all of the time to smoke.
No more hiding. No more taking a step back when I'm talking to someone. No more stinky critters around here. Collectively, we smell pretty darn good. (I never thought I'd be having this conversation online-- sounds a little strange actually) Thankfully you all know what I'm talking about!
