Api - I'm so proud of you!!! It's awesome to hear that it can be done. I'm only a week into it but that's been my goal - a lifestyle change. I've been working out daily and journaling to keep track of what I'm doing. I'm not the best of cooks (understatement) even with regular recipes, so substituting really throws me. But I am concentrating on making wiser choices - healthy carbs, lots of protein, no saucy fats like mayo, more fruits and veggies. I'm not always successful but I'm trying to remember that this much change doesn't happen overnight. Baby steps and all.
Keep up the good work and let us know as you reach more goals!

Apikoros, I love the Tabasco sauce at the bottom of this post. Well done though on the weight, I am afraid I have done very badly indeed and gained an enormous amount of weight for me.
I have started a healthy eating plan and gym programme and hope to be back in shape soon. It seems silly now I dont smoke that I would have weight related health issues instead so I really needed to get myself in check and get focused on weight reduction
So I may be asking for more of your lovely low fat recipes real soon.
