Wow John, 15 pds down - good stuff! I've started up a little routine of my own for the last couple of months (nothing like yours though). I'm not losing a lot of weight, which is OK 'cause I'm only 8-10 pds up, but I'm tightening areas that deserve some TLC! Let's banish muffin-tops forever!!
