TO WORK, OR NOT TO WORK.....
Trust me, DONT quit your job if you can possibly HANG IN THERE for a while it will be better for you in the long run. I am speaking from experience. I quit my job a while back and it actually made me worse. See, I began to have anxiety because I had no money coming in and it was even worse for me. I also know for sure that keeping your mind occupied with things (such as work, etc.) is good for you. When I stayed home for a while I sat around all day thinking about all of my problems and feeling sorry for myself which will definately worsen your condition. Also I became agoraphobic after a while and never wanted to leave the house. I have another job now and i'm doing alot better. I was really scared at first but things are finally looking up for me. I still have attacks, but not as many as i was having when I sat in the house all day every day all alone.
Do what you think is right for yourself. It may be different for you, but I just wanted to share my story. Good luck! My favorite saying is, "control this thing, dont let it control you!"
