I've had this fear too, it's terrible. I attached it to driving. I'd be afraid to drive incase while I was driving I fell asleep. Then sometimes when I'd be doing anything, watching TV, reading anything at all. I'd fear that I was really physically behind the wheel of a car, and whatever it was I was doing was actually a dream. ergh, anyway I don't feel like this that much anymore. I think sometimes we can turn the panic to our advantage, in these kinds of situations. Like being so aware in this way, will make sure we don't ever do whatever it is we're scared of. Kind of trust the panic will take care of us, in a strange way Hope that made sense :confuse:
