i have to agree with vickers4, hang in there and carry on with the programme, ive just come to the exposure session, a lil scary lol but im willing to do the hard work. But i do have to say that since i started this course, im feeling soooo much better, my anxiety has cut down heaps, i used to wake up every morning, and within a hour or two id be anxious, now i dont!
Carry on with the course! youll see the differance!

P.s A little thing ive also done aswell is while i read through the sessions, i jot down some facts into a note book, and when i feel a little anxious, i read em! I haven yet done the anxious thoughts forms, i havent felt the need for them!
