Great list and great plans. The more posts I read from you Sydney, the more I think... "She'll be around a while!!"
Just before I quit I had been given some sweets in a House of Lords tin. I substituted one sweet a day for my walk to the train station and it became one of my new rituals. They lasted over a month too, so that helped reinforce my quit.
I also used to "go for a smell" on my lunch breaks...into a department store to the handbag section - leather smells awesome with new sense of smell. Also into bakeries for the same reason. Even Subway with their bread smell, oh my, free rewards are too good sometimes!!
I can't honestly remember specific rewards, just know that there were so many so often I can't remember them all!
