thank you well the advice i would give would be to stick at it it took me many attempts before this one but i just new this was the one i hated starting a new quit after all the hard work i put into previous quits i honestly feel so much better and couldent imagine smoking again i started out on the patches then moved onto the gum for as long as i thought i needed to which was only a few weeks then i cut down the gum slowly i also used boiled sweets and i thought drinking green tea helped me to

Hey guys just thought i would check in its been a while since i was last on. i hope you are all doing well in your quits as i am . i am on day 669 and feel great i havent had a craving for ????? lol i cant remember i some times even forget i used to smoke which is a good thing i enjoy being healthy and having money and never having to worry bout running out of ciggys or having that nast cough and smelling bad the smoke free life is the good life take care folks i will try to come on more often as i have a new computer another plus to not smoking ..
