Still taking it one day at a time. Some days seem easier other days more difficult. But my Resolve is Strong!!!

Some really good news to report

I started my quit at 116lbs, went up to 122.6 despite staying on a very regimented 1200-1400 calories with tons of exercise. But the tide has turned...YEAH for the first time the scale has gone down!!!! All that effort is paying off, jumping for Joy!!!!! Less than 6lbs to lose. Determination, Resolve and following a plan pays off every time, just need some patience to see the fruits of ones endeavors
