Welcome MusicFreak18,
Learning to articulate our feelings is a real skill and it can take practice. When we go through traumatic experiences it can become even more difficult to process emotions in a healthy way. The Anxiety program can help you to challenge some of your anxious thoughts and slowly expose yourself to situations that make you anxious or panic. The Depression program can help you to identify and examine some of your thoughts and feelings you have. The Depression program can also help you to challenge negative thoughts that may be colouring how you feel. Lastly, working with a counsellor could also help as many counsellors specialise in processing trauma and teaching how to identify and communicate feelings. Working on either of the above will help you to move forward. Decide which you would like to work on first.
If you ever would like to attempt at expressing yourself, this forum is a safe place to practice. Welcome to the community. I hope to read more from you soon.

My biggest issue right now is asking for help. I don’t understand my own thoughts and feelings. This makes me feel so weak and broken and keeps me in a downward spiral I can’t seem to get out of. Most of my life I have been independent, now I am realizing that traumas and experiences have always been swept under a rug. Today I have no idea to process any of my thoughts or emotions and I struggle with giving trust to anyone. I have secluded myself inside a lonely bubble of sadness. Being around most people at this point causes a panic/anxiety attack. I know this entire thread has little structure, but I can’t seem to get my thoughts straight enough to type them out clearly.
