Hello again everyone!
Just wanted to let you know that I've had a pretty good couple of days. Yeh! :) Every time I started to get panicky and dizzy, I would get on the website and read all of your responses again and would start feeling better about things. Thank you a ton!!
Still not over it all, but I did go for a walk the last couple days and it felt so dang good! Every time I started getting weak during the walk today, I wold focus on the beauty of Spring and not the impending anxiety. It really helped. I also started taking a multivitamin / multimineral every day because of your suggestions. I think one of the reasons I have been feeling plain ol' crappy the last few weeks is because I quit exercising and taking vitamins (except for the iron my doctor is making me take) and eating so much chocolate lately. I have been so full of indigestion lately because of all the chocolate, it is making me sick. I noticed that when I eat too much chocolate, I get a lot of heartburn and tightness up in my chest, stomach and throat. Anyone else get this? I saw a doctor about this once a few months ago and he verified it wasn't a heart thing. Of course, the panic makes me think it is..... Crimeny!
