Thanks guys! The main source of my anxiety right now is being so tired, weak and dizzy every day. I feel so drained sometimes! Like right now, I'm at work and I feel like I am just barely awake. I have noticed that when I challenge the anxiety surrounding this, I tend to feel better though. I feel more awake and not so weak and dizzy. I went through the program once and got better for quite awhile. Now that it's come back, I started the program again and I realized that I had forgotten a lot of the tools to fight it. When I'm reading through it, I find myself saying, oh yeah, I forgot about that! ;p But, as you all know, some days really are harder than others. So, I really appreciate you all being there for those days I need to talk to someone who understands my senseless rantings.
I used to walk every day and it did help. I slowly started to cut down and eventually quit about a month and a half ago. I really need to get back into that. I find myself getting weak during the workout and I start to panic and I think that's one thing that has been keeping me from it. One more thing to work on I guess! It's always something! :confuse:
