In the beginning it will be difficult, but the more you practice the easier you'll become use to and good at controlling your anxiety.
Try carrying a sheet of paper and a small pencil with you. Write it down to help you see patterns of intrusive thoughts and challenge them when they begin to cause you anxiety or become problematic.

Thanks Angel. Sometimes I feel like it is so much work at once and it is hard to begin. I feel so paralized by fear. When a thought hits me I just sit and analyze it and wonder why I had that thought in the first place.
I am working with a physchologist right now and that is somewhat helpful. But the more I learn about anxiety the more I relaize that I need to work really hard and sometimes that is so hard. I am sure you understand.
I have intrusive thoughts all day. Am I supposed to challenge them and write them down all day?

Is the panic program good if your having constant intrusive thoughts? I have read the session about challenging your anxious thoughts and was wondering if it applies to my situation.
I was just wondering how I challenge my anxious thoughts if they have to do with intrusive thoughts? I don't get bothered by the physical symptoms. I am most bothered by my thoughts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
