More work?

I agree with Josie. I think working on too many goals at once can become a source of stress. But, i think assertiveness is a great goal and should be kept as a good next step :) -Diva

Kitt, Work on one item at a time. Get through the exposure work to help challenge those thoughts and be confident with yourself. The assertiveness can follow later. One step at a time and congrats for pushing forward :) Josie, Support Specialist

Hi everyone, I've been puttering along on my exposure plan. The goal is to get back to work. So far so good. But I've realized that I may have to learn some assertiveness skills in order to go further. Right now, I'm a very passive person and being assertive makes me quite uncomfortable. But I think becoming assertive would really help me be more comfortable at work. However, I'm wondering if taking this on (to learn to be assertive) is too much for now and I should just stick with the exposure. I have a knack for making more work for myself. Can anyone give me their opinion? Thanks.
