I would like to add that the core beliefs they have in the depression center would probably need to be tailored to the panic center. I am sure this would take lots of time and resources to do...

One thing I did learn over there is about assumptions..Negative thought build on past negative experiences..
Example would be...If and Than thoughts..If I do this , Than this or that will happen..
Take me for example I struggled to survive most of my life and also I grew up thinking I didn't deserve to have things..
So I have two negative assumptions going on which I have to challenge...
Negative assumption. If I spend money I will be penniless..This is really not true..I just need to be careful how and what I spend money on..
Negative assumption. I am not deserving.. This is just not true..I am very deserving. I have worked hard to have what I have and I deserve to have nice things once in while..new shoes, new socks, etc..and some others things that I just enjoy..
I don't know if I explained this very well but you know what the first thing I bought for myself eight years ago was some new socks..and some new T shirts..It is still difficult to spend money at times but I remind myself that there are things in life that I just need and deserve to have and as long as I am careful everything will be just fine..
