Kicking myself is something I do well ~m. I am happy you are doing well. I think I need to do the steps as inteded and not worry too much about how well I do. I did notice that the things I get stuck on are the things I need to work on the most. Talking through things helps me and sharing how I feel helps also. Where do you struggle with session two.

That's a great question Numaseven... I didn't even think to ask myself what had me stuck. I have just been kicking myself for not getting on with it. Real helpful approach... NOT. Thanks for redirecting me.
Probably one thing is just that I have been feeling pretty stable ... feeling good and not wanting to stir things up by doing more mood tracking. And, I guess the second thing is wanting to do the session perfectly. The quest for perfection still trips me up. This is my third time through session two and while feeling good, I'm not particularly motivated to do each and every step as outlined. But unless I do each and every step as outlined I will not allow myself to go forward. I am my own worst enemy.

I am really looking forward to moving through the sessions with intent. I know that life is about how you view it ands this program seems to be about viewing it or experiencing it differently. I am usually such an up person and when I go through these dark periods it is difficult. We all know there is light at the end of the tunnel and it is the work we put in that will get us there with the help of others. I look forward to that help and sharing. I will be going into my second session work shortly, what has you stuck if you do not mind me asking.
