Shevie, I posted just after you buy did not read yours until after, even used the connection word! I don't get a flutter but a pressure which is a down grade from pain when I still smoked. My lungs also fill with mucus during the night when I sleep. And yes, when I worked the pollution did cause me some distress, plus my partner chained smoked. In my case, (I think) and perhaps yours, my lungs are so gucked up that I'm still clearing out. No disease but not clear. To date smoking is the dumbest, bar none, thing I've ever done and quitting the smartest.
When I smoked I just didn't pay much attention to my lungs or pollution. I do now. Thanks Shevie.
