Trudy, congratulations on your decision to quit smoking and just look at those 19 days WOW!!! It's okay to whine, I do a lot of it and also on occasion I have a pity party, no one is invited just me.
My Dr didn't give me a pat on the back either, as a matter of fact because of my depression he suggested that I wait for awhile. Well I didn't want to wait. So I ask him if the patch would be okay with the other meds that I was taking. He just shook his head yes. I find that I get my feelings hurt really easy and I didn't use to be that way. I have also experienced ANGER, not all the time, but most of the time I am angry at myself. So you can expect just about anything on this emotional roller coaster. But please remember why you quit and keep saying I CAN DO THIS, somedays it will be hard but do some deep breathing and keep BUSY!!!!
