Indeed it is two years. 4th November 2004 at 16:16 I finished my last ever cigarette, bet there aren't many people who know the exact time :) I still remember all the crying, hopelessness and tantrums I suffered at the beginning and the conviction that it couldn't be done. Now I can't even imagine that it had been a problem. If only we could let new quitters have a taste of what it feels like to be craving free I know the tobacco companies would be finished.
