:8|: actually all of the above Rainie my dear, I took my required walk up to meet a vendor who came in for a meeting this morning...and with those steps, I completed the 5 mile challange as part of our companie's web site for healhty living. I will explain that later. Here is the part that amazes me, I actually jogged part of the way in the warehouse, which we are NOT supposed to do, you know like no running in the halls, and I actually was not winded, problem is these old knees may not take too much of that...GREAT JOB on the test last night, excellent, excellent progress. What is hell week? heheheh, hey I was doing so good last night that I didn't realize I hadn't take the evening 1mg pill. Did before I went to bed, going to have to watch that, the morning pill isn't an issue, but I tend to forget to take medicine once I think I am "better". Do to the fact we are enjoying ourselves so much in the Keys, we'll stay another day then we set sail for Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Swimming, jet ski's, golf, and shopping. I will split my time between the golf course and the hammock on board...I must be off....The Captain.... :8|: My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 109 Amount Saved: $11.25 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 2 Mins: 12 Seconds: 44

good morning Pat and Rainie - and all of the crazies on board...a liitle behind this morning- West Tenneessee experienced some snow fall last night and that has this area in a tizzy....excellent evening for me last night, and yes I remembered the evening pill..I have to say each day is easier and easier, I think less about it, and the urges continue to decline beyond recognition..things are heating up for me as well at work, te spring buildup for displays is underway as well as the preliminary budget work for the next fiscal...I will check back in later in the day...I must be off...Cap'n (who will stop running on deck) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 6 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 128 Amount Saved: $13.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 6 Mins: 42 Seconds: 29

great idea Rainie starting this new thread...first off Pat, I misunderstood the way you looked at the date, but I still was thinking of you because today won't be much different than tomorrow..none the less, Sunday will be great..okay..Day 2 - drove to Memphis to go to my favorite market, picked up lots of good things to cook this weekend, Rainie, you will indeed have to carry wine as well as beer, and as my reward for getting through last night, I bought a new cookbook. I think I told you guys the drive down is about 1 1/2 hours, I cruised, listen to the satillite radio, and no cravings at all..same thing on the way back, unloaded everything, got the chicken starting to marinade, and going to relax some before I get in front of the stove. Today seems to have been easier, maybe it's the 1mg tablet building up..okay...check in time tomorrow when all you lazy bone wenches awake...have a pleasant evening...the meter continues to run... I must be off... welcome aboard Cuddles, and it looks like your mascot is ready to take over...Pat, the numbers on that meter look great!!! The walls will pop up less and less I assure you...yesterday was a good day over all, stayed busy, not sure if it was from increased energy from quitting, or I wanted to stay busy, doesn't matter really I guess, had a good time...really starting to recognize the triggers, and when I get the urge I just say to myself, that's a trigger, just walk on by, and I have been. We have just docked in the Keys, and I think we need to hang here a while, let Raine jet ski, and let me go drink Margarita's...have a Happy Monday...I must be off....Mr.Magic My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 66 Amount Saved: $6.75 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 15 Mins: 52 Seconds: 2

Welcome Aboard Pat  that's quite a swimsuit you have on there!! Congratulations, you made it a board - you know Rainie and Faith will make things as enjoyable as possible, I of course will keep the journey smooth on calm waters...everythings cool here, another day and the numbers just keep adding up in the meter. We'll look for some updates later on. I would like to see some fruit, Altoids, and wine of your choice on the list, we'll figure out a menu later... On we go !! CaptMagic

YIIIPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEE, what a nice surprise Rainie! Wait till Cap'n MrMagic sees all the guests waiting on board for him. I'd better clean the galley, get the decks swabbed and everything shipshape for his arrival. Everyone find a nice cushy lounge chair while Rainie gets your drink. Get all comfy and relax as we prepare to set sail for to the LOQ (Land Of Quit). faithfreedom, welcome aboard! Laze around as long as you like, we have no time schedules here and will stop at any destination you like. Would you mind turning up the music just a touch please...it's hard to hear what's playing with all that noise from the surf on the beach just around the jetty. Rainie, do have a light beer or a non-alcoholic beverage I could sip on till my meds are done and my tummy feels better? I'm sleep deprived, so forgive me if I make tons of misteakes or don't make any cents to use. Ok, serious time for just a minute before we start the party. Rainie, to get your messages, launch your chat (Instant Message), go to the view tab and click on the offline message box. It will automaticaly open and that's all I know about it except you can somehow save your messages on your hard drive to retrieve them. Oh ya, also if your buddies aren't online, you can leave a message for them by right-clicking on their name. Ok, I'm slow today, so that probably took a minute. Your box is probably over flowing, so have fun reading all your messages. It took me a while to figgure out the offline thingy so I might have missed out on a message myself.........did anybody leave something important that I should know???? Rainie, I'm glad you're out of your coma, however temporary it is and that you are here to party. I'm excited about tomorrow and feel very relaxed and calm right now....could be a resulting combination of all the people supporting me, too much medication, lack of medication, lack of sleep, bit of naseua, withdrawl, general tiredness, occasional room spinning, constipation, gas, diahreah, wrinkled skin from over-bathing, headache, bloodshot eyes, sore throat, overworked kidneys from gallons of water/juice/tea/repeat cycle again and again, coughing up most of my lungs, runny nose resulting in being able to smell stuff (like the good, hate th

Ahoy Maties, Just a quick sail by to tell you I've had it so much easier today than I was expecting with no real cravings to speak of. It turned out to be an awesome day despite the flu like symptoms of my body healing. If only I can get some good sleep tonight and no craving walls pop out of nowhere, I might get some major clean up or painting done tomorrow. Hope your days were fantastic and that tomorrow treats us all well. :p Pat My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 0 Seconds: 0

Hola. Thanks for noticing the new suit Captain. Got it with all the money I saved from not smokin' de butts manyana (or whatever's spanish for this afternoon and tomorrow). Glad we're all having a great day so far. Be vigilant for sneaky old pirates...have your swords ready. Rainie, you and I both need to use call display for a while I think. (Note to self: unplug phone if Mom-in-law is calling). I seem to be doing things in small chunks of time too, how about you Rick? I love our new dolphin mascot, and what a nice name, "NIDS". It really is great to be doing "pretty much ok", but for this minute it still feels even better than that! See you all in a bit at the party...going to swab the aft galley. :p Pat I quit trying and I'm not dying My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 0 Seconds: 0
