Good news there, Steve. I wonder if they could do the discectomies with an epidural and just a bit of diazepam. You could get to finish a book while they correct that lumbar posture for you!

Congratulations on 4 calendar weeks smoke-free! You sounded so dubious of your powers to quit a month or two ago!

I'm still breathing. The blockage was not severe enough to warrant any correction. So, now I have to get the cardiologist talk to the surgeon and get my back surgery on schedule.

Hi Steve, after you log in.. on the Forums page on the left side it says New and Improved Messenger and then a "Launch" button .... a rectangle will open and under "View" is offline messages.

under peoples names.. is the add buddy "button" when you add them as a buddy when they are on line you can chatthru the ,messenge or send them an off line message.
