Sounds kind of like the exercise program I have started on this last month..I should be healthier and hopefully look better when I reach my goal..I over did it yesterday with the exercise and sure am sore today..It's that no pain no gain, all or nothing attitude that get me in trouble every time..I hope I have learned my lesson this time..
Sorry, I wish I could help but I don't know how to compress photos either..My camera came with a software disk that allows me to reduce my pictures in size..I don't know how to do it with the computer its self..Your idea of asking someone to show you how is good one and very brave..You might really enjoy it once you learn how..It's really kind of fun putting up pics to go with certain posts..

I had a new roof put on my home this year and just in time for the rainy season. I got out of the house more and started a walking program. I took some hobby type classes which I enjoyed. I took up reading again which I love. I am feeling much better emotionally and physically this year than I did last year..and last but not least I learned how to let myself relax this year...

The internet is a portal thats for sure..The problem is I spend way to much time on the computer. I know "how and what" I need to do if I want to be physically and emotionally healthier. I need to spend less time on the computer and get up and get moving.
My first day was a relaxing lazy kind of day, a real nice day..Starting tomorrow I have a very busy week so today I am going to give myself some more of yesterday..Self care is so important to ones health and sanity...
